Once you join the membership, you’ll have unlimited access to our Hawaii-specific photo and B-roll library. You can download and use these for your social media posts and listings.

New templates, content calendars, and other resources are released on the 1st of every month (or the next weekday if it falls on a weekend). Be sure to check back regularly for fresh content.

Yes! All Canva templates are fully customizable. You can easily add your own branding, colors, logos, and photos to make them uniquely yours.

We provide a variety of real estate marketing templates, including listing guides, buyer/seller guides, postcards, sign-in sheets, vendor/lender sheets, and seasonal templates. They’re designed to be easy to use and professional-looking.

No, you don’t need Canva Pro to use our templates. However, Canva Pro does offer additional features that can enhance your design experience, like premium fonts and images.

Absolutely! My Social Agent is designed for realtors who have little to no knowledge of Instagram marketing. Our easy-to-follow guides, templates, and content calendars will help you get started and feel confident.

No, there’s no contract required. You can join on a month-to-month basis and cancel at any time. We want you to stay because you love the membership, not because you’re locked in.

We don’t offer refunds, but you can cancel your membership at any time. Once you cancel, you will still have access until the end of your billing period.
